📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Craft and serve high-quality coffee and beverages using our premium espresso machines and bar tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restrooms and kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, and report any hazards immediately.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid food handler's permit (for Cook role).
• Barista certification (for Barista role) is a plus.
