📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain tenant relationships to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and lease opportunities.
• Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor lease performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail leasing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the leasing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leasing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Previous experience working in a retail property or a similar environment is a plus.
