Nest Bloom Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and reporting.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked and organized store.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and help create a pleasant shopping environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for store visits and meetings as required.
