Bengkel Putri Tea is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This is an urgent opening, so we need someone who can start immediately. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual sales reports,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
