📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of the branch.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
