📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools is a plus.
