📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's data and systems.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.,Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and execute IT projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.,Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring compliance with company policies.,Troubleshoot and resolve network and system performance issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus.,Experience with IT security best practices and tools is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
