📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze blueprints and technical drawings to calculate material quantities and labor hours.
• Generate detailed cost estimates for construction and engineering projects using specialized software.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
• Review and verify estimates to maintain consistency and compliance with project requirements.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project to streamline the estimating process and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and project data for future reference.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance the quality of our estimates.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams, ensuring their needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating and project management within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project, with a strong understanding of estimating software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
