📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline HR operations.
• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
