📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development goals,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and develop targeted solutions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Create and maintain a learning management system to track employee progress and training completion,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply what they've learned in their roles

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Strong organizational and time management skills
