🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Experience in using CRM systems is a plus
