Accor Cemerlang is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various aspects of human resource management. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR to gain valuable experience and develop their career in the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.,Support the HR department in the organization and execution of employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis to support decision-making within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
