📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a positive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
