📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and trends.,Ensure high-quality standards are met in all pastry products, from ingredients to final presentation.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain and improve the department's standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pastry products into the overall bakery offerings.,Monitor costs and profitability of pastry items to ensure the department's financial health.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully leading a pastry department in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and mentor a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Creative and innovative mindset to develop new pastry recipes and menu items.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
