📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain good relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.
  • Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other related documents.
  • Conduct regular audits of purchasing activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support to the purchasing manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Assist in organizing and managing the purchasing department's workflow.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
