📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and complaints.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Mason Chocolates and drive sales.,Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior in Bali.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
