📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Factoring and Receivables Financing industry.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they meet and exceed performance expectations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and operational processes.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Factoring or Receivables Financing industry.,Strong understanding of the Factoring and Receivables Financing market and trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
