📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our raw materials and premix products in the agriculture sector.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, customer visits, and networking activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.,Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to support data-driven decision making.,Provide excellent customer service and support to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agricultural or related industries.,Strong understanding of the agricultural industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.,Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems, data analysis software, and marketing automation platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus but not mandatory.
