📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and ensuring timely payments.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and advice.,Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and efficiency.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work setups and remote collaboration tools.
