📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of department heads to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive departmental growth and performance.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.,Ensure all HR activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
