📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and safety.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory records and reports.,Conduct training and mentoring for junior laboratory staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
