📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and development of urban redevelopment projects.
  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Develop and implement safety and quality management systems.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, including cost and time reports.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and social responsibility requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in urban redevelopment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
