📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and work with the regional manager to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and support to your team.,Ensure that the store is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, and that health and safety standards are met.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Work with the regional manager to identify and implement new initiatives to improve the store's performance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.,Experience with inventory management and merchandising.,Knowledge of retail software and systems, such as POS and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
