📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management and order fulfillment.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and storage of goods.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Work with the purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain best practices.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to warehouses.
