As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you’ll work closely with our team to identify hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and implement best practices in talent acquisition. You’ll leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline our hiring process. With 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the beauty and wellness sector, you’ll bring a deep understanding of industry trends and candidate preferences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry networks.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in HR practices or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
