• Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with our sharia-compliant products.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and foster strong relationships with existing ones.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Stay compliant with all relevant regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Knowledge of Islamic finance and sharia-compliant products is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to travel occasionally for business purposes.
