📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of hotel infrastructure
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
• Provide training and support to maintenance staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Certification in facilities maintenance or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as CMMS or similar systems
