📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions
• Process and verify invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports to ensure timely payments and collections
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using industry-standard software such as QuickBooks and SAP
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and clients, addressing any financial concerns or issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
