📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the golf course, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Manage and supervise a team of golf course staff, including groundskeepers, golf cart attendants, and maintenance personnel.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program for the golf course, including irrigation, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Collaborate with the resort's management team to develop and execute a strategic plan for the golf course, including marketing, promotions, and guest services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including those set by the Indonesian Golf Federation and other relevant authorities.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Represent the resort at golf industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in golf course management, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• A strong understanding of golf course maintenance, including irrigation, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, vendors, and guests.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a work permit in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with the use of golf course management software, such as TMS, is a plus.
