📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand Ninja Van’s cold chain logistics solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cold chain solutions into our overall logistics operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cold chain logistics to maintain Ninja Van’s competitive advantage.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on business development progress and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in the logistics or cold chain industry.
• Strong understanding of cold chain logistics principles and regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
