Chontea & Co. is a rapidly expanding company specializing in hospitality and tourism in Bali. We are looking for an intern who can help us develop and execute our marketing strategies, build and maintain our brand partnerships, and create engaging content for our various platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marketing and partnership industry.

As a Brand & Marketing Partnership Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage our social media presence, and build relationships with potential partners. You will also have the chance to attend industry events and learn from experienced professionals in the field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging content and interacting with our audience.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and clients.
• Assist in the organization and execution of industry events and workshops.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our brand.
• Create and maintain reports and presentations to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and partnerships.
• Assist in the development of our brand strategy and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
