Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate import/export customs clearance processes for all shipments
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading
• Conduct customs audits and ensure compliance with all Indonesian customs regulations
• Negotiate with customs authorities to resolve any discrepancies or delays
• Maintain and update customs clearance records and databases using SAP and other relevant software
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs procedures and regulations
• Monitor and report on customs clearance performance metrics
• Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Customs, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance, preferably in international trade or logistics
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures

• Familiarity with SAP and other customs clearance software
